Our Story
Kairos Kitchen is CT Wellness Co.'s events division, founded as an expression of her passion for people, food, and wine. A space where guests can discover the underlying relationship between mindfulness and cuisine, with each dish telling a story. This is her encouragement to others to practice the art of being present while also allowing themselves to slow down. Cheya is trained in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, which she uses to inform her work.
