Participants in this workshop will learn how to practice value alignment and prioritizing self-care in order to develop healthy habits.
Self-care is a subjective art form. However, when done superficially, self-care activities can become band-aids or silos for wellness. We live in turbulent times, and people need better education on how to care for themselves in mind, body, and spirit. This three part workshop teaches leaders how genuine self-care opens the door to personal fulfillment.
It can be difficult to identify the best next steps to take to improve your situation when you are overwhelmed or "burned out." This session teaches your leaders how to recognize the signs of burnout, recover from feelings of overwhelm, and prioritize self-care.
This workshop will teach you the history of the guilt associated with rest in the African American community, as well as how to heal. This workshop will help you change your perspective on R.E.S.T. and teach you how to claim it as your birthright.
